We are currently in the process of renting out flat out to a tenant. Mark completed our gas safety check, supplying and fitting a new gas hob and servicing the Worcester boiler. Mark has just fitted a Vaillant combi boiler in my new home to replace a very elderly one. He took time to discuss where to re-site it and I am delighted with it's new position. It involved a lot of new pipe work and removal of the old system, but nothing was too much trouble and he tidied up afterwards. He checked everything thoroughly and explained the new controls. Mark also fitted a towel rail in my bathroom which I supplied. I would fully recommend Mark for his workmanship and professional standards, but also as a very pleasant and personable person. Nothing is too much trouble. He responded quickly to my phonecall, emailed the quote within a week and started the job a few weeks later. Great job Mark, thank you so much.

Used Mark to install a new boiler and other jobs not so big, his response is always prompt and never fails to turn up or keep you informed. His work is excellent and always leaves everything clean and tidy, is his rates good value? I’d only moved into my new home a couple of weeks earlier when I discovered my boiler was leaking. I contacted Mark. He responded so quickly and came round as soon as he was able and diagnosed the problem. it wasn’t long before the necessary parts were fitted and my boiler back to normal. When Worcester Bosch we’re unable to accept my request to service my Worcester Bosch 2000 Combi gas boiler, I did the next best thing and contacted Mark Smith as an Accredited Installer to service my boiler. That was three years ago and each year Mark has replied promptly to my text message requesting a date for the annual services. Mark has always arrived as promised and carried out each service in a thoroughly professional and courteous manner.
This year the Comfort+ IIf wireless controller subsequently displayed a Fault Code, which didn’t shut down the boiler but adversely affected the thermostatic control and associated functions. Mark diligently applied himself to the fault which proved difficult to remove and secured a satisfactory resolution returning the controller to its correct operation.

We have been having trouble for some time with the programming of our central heating system ( not user friendly ) When discussed with Mark he came round and sorted it out with the minimum of fuss. Our boiler was well overdue for a service and I was wondering what to do. Mark was installing a boiler for our neighbour and I grabbed his number off his van. He responded to a text message and not long after came and serviced our boiler. He also diagnosed and explained another fault with the system which I was not fully aware of. I had no hesitation about getting him back to sort it out.

He didn't just slap in a new valve and leg it, he took the time to thoroughly check his work and to answer my questions. He even advised on the best solution for replacing TRV tops.

Our heating now works properly for the first time since we moved in.

Heating engineers are always in short supply. This means that finding one can be difficult and the work expensive. A high price may not reflect the resultant service which may be rushed and of a poor quality.
I approached Mark, as he was working on a neighbouring property, 2 weeks later our boiler is serviced. I was immediately filled with confidence in his standard of work and his dedication to doing things right. I have no hesitation in asking him to return to complete some other remedial work and service our heating system going forwards. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

I had a intermittent problem with my gas cooker lighting. I called Mark, he came round and with his magic touch it lite first time. He examined both the grill and cooker checked repeatedly they both ignited. He explained why there might have been a problem and to call him if it reoccurs. Which i will do.

I had a problem with my boiler which Mark fixed very quickly. He then came back to double check . He is very professional and reliable. He also serviced the boiler last year and again was very professional. I would highly recommend him.

Two years ago Mark installed a new boiler for me after my old one broke down. It had to be resited from the kitchen to the loft which involved extra work such as drilling a large hole in the wall for the new outlet and filling in the old hole with bricks and mortar which he matched perfectly. All work was carried out efficiently and cheerfully - nothing was too much trouble! Since then Mark has been servicing my boiler annually and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do so as I have complete confidence in him and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Mark has done a lot of work in our home over several years now. The latest was the installation of a new gas boiler.As always his work is first class We cannot recommend Mark highly enough. He will be returning to us next spring to install new radiators throughout.

New gas hob and cooker installation.

Mark answered my panic stricken text almost immediately. Following a gas leak, where British Gas had shut off my gas I was left in a state of panic. Mark arrived the same day, calmly and efficiently found and repaired the gas leak, same day service not often found in this day and age! I would definitely recommend Mark's services.
